做法:春笋切成片后(hòu )加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清(qīng )水半掩住(zhù )春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大火(huǒ )煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水快熬干的时候(hòu )加入盐(yán ),翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖上锅(guō )盖(gài )焖。 -
