做法(fǎ ):春笋(sǔn )切成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻(fān )炒(chǎo )均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖(gài )大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干(gàn )的(de )时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
