做(zuò )法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸(jìn )泡(pào ),生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半(bàn )掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮(zhǔ )开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水快(kuài )熬(áo )干的时候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
