做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞(lāo )出后(hòu )用清水(shuǐ )浸泡(pào ),生(shēng )姜切片(piàn ),葱(cōng )切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺(sháo )油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀(yún ),加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快(kuài )熬干的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
