做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡(pào ),生姜切片(piàn ),葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入(rù )2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到(dào )水(shuǐ )快熬干的(de )时候加入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
