做法:春笋切成(chéng )片后加少许盐(yán )捞(lāo )出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量(liàng )清水半(bàn )掩(yǎn )住(zhù )春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大火(huǒ )煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
