做法(fǎ ):春笋切成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出(chū )后用清水(shuǐ )浸(jìn )泡,生姜切(qiē )片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加(jiā )入生抽(chōu )、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
