做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏米。用清水把陈皮泡软,拍裂一小块姜,热锅,用姜块在锅上(shàng )擦一遍,放两勺(sháo )油(yóu ),待油六成热下(xià )鱼(yú ),煎至(zhì )微(wēi )黄。煮沸瓦煲里(lǐ )的清水,放入煎(jiān )煮好的鲫鱼(yú )和其他(tā )材料,武火煮沸,转中小火煲一个半(bàn )小时,下(xià )盐调(diào )味(wèi )即可品尝(cháng )。 -
