做法:洗净(jìng )宰好鲫鱼(yú ),洗净淮山和薏米。用(yòng )清水(shuǐ )把陈皮泡(pào )软,拍裂(liè )一(yī )小块姜,热锅,用姜块在锅上(shàng )擦一遍,放两勺油,待油六成热下鱼,煎(jiān )至(zhì )微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清水,放入煎煮好的鲫鱼和其(qí )他材料,武火煮(zhǔ )沸,转中(zhōng )小火煲(bāo )一个半小时,下盐调(diào )味(wèi )即可品尝。 -
