做(zuò )法:春(chūn )笋(sǔn )切成(chéng )片后加少许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽(chōu )、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入(rù )少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
