做法:春笋切成(chéng )片后加少(shǎo )许盐(yán )捞出后用(yòng )清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖焖。
