做法(fǎ ):春(chūn )笋切成(chéng )片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入(rù )少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。
