做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加(jiā )少(shǎo )许盐捞(lāo )出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少量(liàng )清水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大火(huǒ )煮开(kāi )后(hòu )转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀(yún )稍收(shōu )汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。
