做法:春笋切成(chéng )片后加少许盐(yán )捞出后(hòu )用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟(zhōng )左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清(qīng )水(shuǐ )半掩住(zhù )春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火(huǒ )。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。
