做法(fǎ ):春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后(hòu )用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入(rù )少(shǎo )量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。 -
