做法(fǎ ):春(chūn )笋切成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡(pào ),生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分(fèn )钟(zhōng )左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀(yún ),加(jiā )入少量清水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
