做法:春笋切成片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切(qiē )片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入(rù )2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右(yòu )。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少量清水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖(gài )上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收(shōu )汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖焖。 -
