做法:洗净宰好(hǎo )鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏米。用清水把陈皮泡(pào )软,拍裂一(yī )小块姜,热锅,用(yòng )姜(jiāng )块在锅上(shàng )擦一遍,放两勺油,待(dài )油六(liù )成热下鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清水(shuǐ ),放入煎煮(zhǔ )好的鲫鱼和(hé )其他材(cái )料,武火煮沸,转中小火煲一个(gè )半小时,下(xià )盐(yán )调(diào )味即可品尝。 -
