做法:洗净宰(zǎi )好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和(hé )薏米。用清水把陈皮泡软(ruǎn ),拍裂一小块姜,热锅,用(yòng )姜块在锅上擦一遍,放两勺(sháo )油,待(dài )油(yóu )六成(chéng )热下鱼,煎至微黄。煮(zhǔ )沸瓦煲里的清水,放入煎煮(zhǔ )好的(de )鲫鱼和其他材料,武火煮沸,转中小(xiǎo )火煲一(yī )个半(bàn )小(xiǎo )时,下盐调(diào )味即可品尝。
