做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切(qiē )成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐(yán ),翻炒均(jun1 )匀(yún )稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。
