做法:春笋切(qiē )成片后加少许盐捞(lāo )出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量(liàng )清(qīng )水半掩(yǎn )住春笋(sǔn ),盖(gài )上锅盖大火(huǒ )煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时候加入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
