做法(fǎ ):洗净(jìng )宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮(huái )山和薏米。用清水(shuǐ )把陈皮(pí )泡软,拍(pāi )裂(liè )一小块姜,热锅,用姜块在锅上(shàng )擦一遍,放(fàng )两勺油,待油六成热(rè )下鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清水,放入煎煮好(hǎo )的鲫鱼和其(qí )他材料,武火煮(zhǔ )沸,转(zhuǎn )中(zhōng )小火煲一个半小时,下盐调(diào )味即可品尝。 -
