做法:春笋切成(chéng )片后(hòu )加少许盐捞(lāo )出后用清水(shuǐ )浸(jìn )泡(pào ),生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱(cōng )段(duàn )翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清(qīng )水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
